House Requirements

At Clean and Sober Homes, we prioritize creating a safe and structured environment. This foundation is essential for fostering successful life practices, allowing men and women to grow in their spirituality, sobriety, and healthy lifestyles. To support this mission, all Clean and Sober Homes adhere to specific rules and principles.

Housing Fees
  • $125 entry fee (paid once at admission)
  • $225 week (at admission and each Friday by 6pm)
  • Total move in cost = $350
  • People can pay monthly and its $ 900.
  • Fees are paid online directly to the sober living each week on Friday and must be paid by 6pm. If bed fees are not paid resident may be discharged immediately from housing.

  • Legacy House - (Alma School/Elliott)
  • Tree House - (IOP and sober living Coped)
  • Oasis House (Coed - Dobson/Ray)

Housing Restrictions
  • No Promise to Pay Clients (unless approved by owners)
  • NO arson convictions
  • NO sex offender convictions
  • NO violent crime convictions
  • No overnight jobs or Jobs that end after curfew.
  • No emotional support animals/pets (Service Animals case by case with owners approval)
Transportation Requirements
  • Vehicle must be in safe good running condition.
  • You must provide house manager with copy of current registration, DL license, and insurance.

Basic House Rules:

  • IOP is not required.
  • Clean and Sober Homes is not affiliated with Recovery Syndicate
  • NO fraternization policy (zero tolerance)
  • Assigned daily and weekly chore.
  • Responsible to attend 5 twelve step recovery meetings per week.
  • Mandatory accountability "house" meeting on Sundays
  • Random UA testing (refusal of UA is automatic immediate discharge)
  • Curfew is 10:30pm 7 nights per week.
  • Visitors must be approved by house manager.
  • Overnights are allowed after 30 days IF resident does not have any write ups and are doing all the things expected of them. Resident is required to fill out an overnight request 48 hours prior to the overnight and house manager must approve it.
  • MAT is ok, Methadone needs to be approved by owners, 70mg day from clinic.
